class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>K\u00f6nnen in Japan mehrere Designs mit einer Anmeldung eingereicht werden?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nein. Im Gegensatz zum Europ\u00e4ischen Geschmacksmustergesetz kann in Japan\u00a0<u>keine\u00a0<\/u>Sammelanmeldung eingereicht werden. Falls eine priorit\u00e4tsbegr\u00fcndende Designanmeldung mehrere Designs beinhalten sollte, muss gem\u00e4\u00df dem Japanischen Designrecht f\u00fcr jedes Design eine separate Anmeldung in Japan hinterlegt werden. Das Prinzip nennt sich \u201eone-design-per-object\u201d (Ein Design per Gegenstand).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie wird \u201eein Design\u201c bestimmt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Falls sich die Designs in Form, Farbe, Verzierung oder \u00e4hnliches bereits\u00a0<u>gering<\/u>\u00a0unterscheiden sollten, werden Sie als unterschiedliche Designs einstufen. Somit wird es erforderlich sein, f\u00fcr jedes Design eine eigene Anmeldung beim Amt zu hinterlegen.<\/p>\n<p>Falls sich jedoch die Form eines Designs bei der Anwendung \u00e4ndern sollte, ist es m\u00f6glich alle diese Variationen als \u201eein Design\u201c einzureichen. Spielkarten, wird dieses als ein Design betrachtet.<\/p>\n<p>c) Design f\u00fcr ein Set von mehreren Produkten<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist ein Design f\u00fcr ein Set von mehreren Produkten?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein Design f\u00fcr Produkte die f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich als ein Set verkauft werden, obwohl sie aus mehreren einzelnen Komponenten besteht, wird als \u201eein Design f\u00fcr ein Set von mehreren Produkten\u201c betrachtet. Beispielsweise wird eine Besteckgarnitur bestehend aus Messer, Gabel und L\u00f6ffel und \u00e4hnliches, f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich in einem Set verkauft. Solange all diese Produkte ein einheitliches Design aufweisen wird das Produkt als \u201eein Design\u201c betrachtet.<\/p>\n<p>Beachten Sie bitte, dass diese Regelung nur f\u00fcr Produkte die tats\u00e4chlich als ein Set erachtet werden angewandt werden kann (z.B. Das Amt betrachtet in so einem Fall das Produkt nicht als ein Ganzes sondern als ein Produkt mit mehreren Komponenten.
