03.04.2020, auf folgendes hingewiesen:<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Ausl\u00e4nder, welche die folgenden Kriterien (s. unten) erf\u00fcllen, gilt: Liegen <u>keine besonderen, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Umst\u00e4nde<\/u> vor, wird ihnen <u>die Einreise verweigert<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Ausl\u00e4ndern, welche den Niederlassungsstatus<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Permanent Resident<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Spouse or Child of Japanese National<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>oder<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Long Term Resident<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>haben und Japan <strong>am oder vor dem 02.04.2020<\/strong> mit einer allgemeinen oder besonderen Wiedereinreiseerlaubnis (<em>re-entry permission<\/em>) verlassen haben, <u>werden im Regelfall besondere, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Umst\u00e4nde angenommen<\/u>. Dasselbe gilt auch f\u00fcr den Ehepartner oder das Kind eines japanischen Staatsangeh\u00f6rigen, welche nicht \u00fcber den genannten Niederlassungsstatus verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Ausl\u00e4ndern mit diesem Niederlassungsstatus, welche Japan <strong>am oder nach dem 03.04.2020<\/strong> mit einer allgemeinen oder besonderen Wiedereinreiseerlaubnis (<em>re-entry permission<\/em>) verlassen haben, werden im Regelfall <u>keine besonderen, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Umst\u00e4nde angenommen<\/u> und <u>ihnen wird die Wiedereinreise nach Japan verweigert<\/u>. Falls Sie in Japan leben, werden Sie gebeten, von Reisen in die nachfolgend genannten Regionen abzusehen.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Rechtsexperten weisen darauf hin, dass die japanische Einwanderungsbeh\u00f6rde generell \u00fcber einen weiten Spielraum bei der Beurteilung \u201ebesonderer, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Umst\u00e4nde\u201c verf\u00fcgt. Zudem scheint laut dem vorl\u00e4ufigen Bericht des Justizministeriums betreffend den Stand der Einreisepr\u00fcfungen (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.moj.go.jp\/content\/001318291.pdf\">http:\/\/www.moj.go.jp\/content\/001318291.pdf<\/a>) (auf Japanisch) diese Ausnahme der \u201ebesonderen, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Umst\u00e4nde\u201c nur in begrenzten Umst\u00e4nden angewandt worden zu sein. In Anbetracht des eingeschr\u00e4nkten Umfangs dieser Ausnahme <strong><u>k\u00f6nnen daher Ausl\u00e4nder, welche die folgenden Kriterien erf\u00fcllen, bis zum Erlass neuer Weisungen durch das Justizministerium nicht mehr mit der M\u00f6glichkeit der Wiedereinreise nach Japan rechnen, wenn sie Japan am oder nach dem 03.04.2020 verlassen.<\/u> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns f\u00fcr Anfragen im Einzelfall.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ausl\u00e4nder, die sich 14 Tage vor dem Einreisewunsch nach Japan in den folgenden L\u00e4ndern\/Regionen aufgehalten haben:<\/p>\n<p>Asien: Indonesien, Singapur, Thailand, S\u00fcdkorea, Taiwan, China (einschlie\u00dflich Hong Kong und Macau), Philippinen, Brunei, Vietnam, Malaysien<\/p>\n<p>Ozeanien: Australien, Neuseeland<\/p>\n<p>Nordamerika: Kanada, Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika<\/p>\n<p>Lateinamerika und Karibik: Ekuador, Chile, Dominica, Panama, Brasilien, Bolivien<\/p>\n<p>Europa: Island, Irland, Albanien, Armenien, Andorra, Italien, das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich, Estland, \u00d6sterreich, die Niederlande, Nordmazedonien, Zypern, Griechenland, Kroatien, Kosovo, San Marino, die Schweiz, Schweden, Spanien, die Slowakei, Slowenien, Serbien, die Tschechische Republik, D\u00e4nemark, Deutschland, Norwegen, der Vatikan, Ungarn, Finnland, Frankreich, Bulgarien, Belgien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Polen, Portugal, Malta, Monaco, Moldawien, Montenegro, Lettland, Litauen, Liechtenstein, Rum\u00e4nien, Luxemburg<\/p>\n<p>Mittlerer Osten: Israel, Iran, die T\u00fcrkei, Bahrain<\/p>\n<p>Afrika: \u00c4gypten, Republik Elfenbeink\u00fcste, Demokratische Republik Kongo, Mauritius, Marokko<\/p>\n<p>Ausl\u00e4nder mit einem in Hubei oder Zhejian, China, ausgestellten
