HIROAKI FUJII

Mr. Fujii has experience in software development for industrial equipment and product planning at an electrical manufacturer and later worked on global business strategy at the company’s headquarters. Subsequently, he was engaged in patent specification drafting and office action responses at patent law firms in both Japan and the United States. In a corporate role, he has been responsible for securing rights to standard-essential technologies (such as codecs and Wi-Fi) and negotiating licenses. He strives to consistently maintain his broad perspective spanning technology, patent law, and business.
